WASHINGTON (AGN.News) – Americans, all over the land, are paying tributes the the victims of the 9/11 terror attacks.
Early on the morning of September 11, 2001, terrorists attacked our homeland, from the World Trade Center in New York, the Pentagon in Washington D.C., and in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
Victims’ relatives and dignitaries gathered today, Sunday, September 11, 2022 on the 21st anniversary of the attacks at all three places where hijacked jets crashed on Sept. 11, 2001.
President Joe Biden, First Lady, Dr. Jill Biden, and Vice President Kamala Harris addressed the crowds as they paid tribute to the victims.
President Joe Biden told the Pentagon gathering that the U.S. would continue working to root out terrorists. America’s First Lady, Dr. Jill Biden spoke to a crowd in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris attended the ceremony in New York City. The terror attacks killed nearly 3,000 people.
The scars of these attacks run deep in the soul of the nation and that is why, “We shall never forget!”
God bless the victims, their families, the survivors, the grieving, and May God Bless America! “We shall never forget!”
