CICO-SILO14 Hackers Endangers Health and Safety of Volunteers
3 August 2020
(AGN News) – UPDATE 3: OMS says, “CICO-SILO14 endangers the health and safety of volunteers through their efforts to destroy online projects.” Some of their victims are now speaking out.
CICO-SILO14 Interstate Cyber Criminals.
These hackers are running a sophisticated network out of legitimate businesses in La Jolla, San Diego, and Santa Clara County, California, Glendale, Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tucson, Arizona that has destroyed hundreds of websites, mobile applications, cellphones, and computers. Command and Control centers are being run out of “legitimate businesses” in Phoenix and Scottsdale according to OMS Cyber Team.
OMS Cyber Security group was able to locate this team of hackers even though they tried to hide their true identity and location using VPN. This group has been operating “under the radar” for nearly six years.
CICO-SILO14 Have Weaponized the Internet.
OMS interviewed senior citizens from their 60s to 80s. One husband is a Korean War Veteran who worked non-stop for years to fulfill his dream of helping veterans create jobs. He could type 100 wpm at age 82 when he started this program. Over the years he often complained about the hundreds of harassing phone calls and emails. He said, “There is something wrong here. This phone only rings when my doctor or family calls.”
He says he is victim of what he called “cyber terrorists”. Now at 89 years old with declining health, he says his entire dream has been shattered. He and his wife said they are in danger mentally, physically and financially.
Victims denied medical help?
It was their hope to get special treatment from a medical facility in Florida as a result of their online effort. Instead, their program was totally destroyed over and over dozens of times by these cyber criminals. Their existing sites have been attacked non-stop as late as July 2020.
This volunteer was recently hospitalized near death over the stress at seeing his phone ringing and hangup (sometimes dozens of times a day and night for years) and the failure of his life-long dream of helping fellow veterans as a direct result these “cyber criminals”.
This couple received hundreds of calls and emails from CICO-SILO14 agents for over 5 years at all hours of the day and night.
Their “crime”? Wanting to help other veterans he meet at the VA hospital in Phoenix seven years ago. It never happened thanks to CICO-SILO14 cyber criminals.
When the couple was told that the identity of these cyber criminals was unmasked. They said, “Hopefully, we can get justice!”. There has to be justice for these victims!”
Justice for victims is coming.
OMS says, “Now having some of CICO-SILO14 activities exposed gives hope to victims that the end of their pain is near”. As award winning writer, Zora Neale Hurston once wrote, “If you are silent about your pain, they’ll kill you and say you enjoyed it.”
