PHOENIX ARIZONA – CICO-SILO14 and CICO-SILO7 cyber criminals and “agents” have allegedly ramped up their non-stop cyber attacks this time mobile phones are the target.
Today, these cyber criminals are now allegedly targeting mobile phone infrastructure including but not limited to national cellphone networks. Personal and business cellphones are being hacked and/or destroyed via access to mobile phone company networks by “agents” embedded in major cellphone companies.
Hackers are allegedly using cellphone access via malware included in text message links. Automatic downloading of multimedia images via the “Auto-retrive” feature on smartphones allows devices to be infected with malware.
Reports indicate the hacker group CICO-SILO14 and CICO-SILO7 cyber criminals, have allegedly secured an independent “franchise” in a mobile phone company operated by in-house “agents” (or support staff agents) who have access to personal accounts of targeted individuals and are using this access to send reports to CICO-SILO14 and CICO-SILO7 “managers”.
Having failed to succeed in this ongoing effort, CICO-SILO14 “Managers” have allegedly instructed their CICO-SILO7 “Street Team” of imported “agents” to stage single-car accidents of the targeted vehicle by forcing the vehicle off the road or into head-on collisions before speeding off and away from the scene. This alleged (attempted murder-by-accident) scheme is a clear and present danger to both the project owners and the general public.
This alleged practice of (murder-by-accident) attempted staged accidents on city streets involving unsuspected targets who refuse to “pay up” or “give up” on a digital project or web program have been used on multiple occasions. Some of these tactics have allegedly been attempted on family or friends of targeted victims.
To become a target one only needs to have a website or project they want. CICO-SILO7 will allegedly hack it or destroy it whichever works. At that point CICO-SILO7 can or will make an offer to buy the domain name via email using legitimate domain companies. Failing in this effort they may allegedly resort to hacking it completely (destroying it) off the internet.
As a part of their alleged hacking campaign one may receive voice messages instructing the listener to “Press 1” (or another number) for more instructions. Friends and/or family members may complain about their phone not working properly. They may hack and destroy the phones of many individuals in the “Contacts” list. This is almost certain if they have phones in the cellphone company their “agents” are affiliated with. This may allegedly be used as type of punishment for defying their offer to acquire your project.
While the national mobile phone infrastructure is secure, personal and company devices may not be secure. Mobile Security software can be added via an app store associated with the cellphone provider. This will help secure your personal devices.
OMS Security says many of these alleged malign activities are probably the work of the cyber criminal group called CICO-SILO14, their agents, or affiliates. The fact that these alleged malign activities are a 24/7 “operation” engineered by “agents” operating in the shadows helps to confirm the seriousness of taking precautions by securing personal devices.
The identity of these very dangerous cyber criminals may not as yet been identified publicly or completely exposed. However, there pattern of cyber crimes and very public staged attempted accidents are undeniable.
If you are a victim of cyber crimes (hacked bank accounts, money scams, threats, etc.) you are urged to report this to law enforcement.
