NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK – Actor Cuba Gooding Jr. now faces another misdemeanor sexual assault charge of improper forcible touching by a third woman. This new sexual assault allegation stems from another woman’s claim of improper touching her during another previous event.
Cuba Gooding Jr. was first charged after a video appeared online with him singing. In the video Cuba Gooding Jr. definitely touched the thigh and breast of the woman accusing him of groping — it’s clear in this surveillance video according to TMZ — but his attorneys seem to be interpreting what is shown differently.
This new charge brings to a total of three (3) women who alleges the actor acted improperly by touching them without their permission. These new charges have been disputed by Gooding’s attorney, Mark J. Heller. He is to appear in court in the coming days on this new charge.
After the #MeToo movement began there have been many business executives, news personalities, actors, actresses, and movie producers who have faced similar charges.
