PEOPLE: All Americans Have to Build a Better and More Secure Country For the Next Generation

WASHINGTON (AGN.News) – Many people are not shy about what they see and view as an insecure country, with growing lawlessness, increase in crime, website hackers, online criminal behavior on the part of young men and women, as well as a general breakdown of respect for law enforcement and people in positions of authority like employers, teachers, and government officials.
The question many are asking is, why?
The answer to that question is as varied as the number of street signs on a given street. One undeniable fact is many people feel like the whole world is on “fire” and out of control. Some have identified the lack of knowledge involving conflict resolution as a common cause of violent crime between two or more young offenders. Others feel covid-related mental health issues or the rising cost of living as causes.
Many are asking, what can I do?
There is no one-size fit all solution to this situation. However, one idea we all can grab and hold on to is – this is an all-hands-on-deck situation. The solution to many issues has to start at the individual level and grow from there. Avoiding all criminal behavior starts with each person. Quality leadership can be very influential place to start.
First, everyone can ‘reset’ their own personal view of common conflict-related issues and work at mending fences as opposed to initiating more conflict. Engaging in needless arguments and confrontations almost always leads to no solution, only more conflict. Domestic-related issues can be resolved with the help of a qualified third party.
American life and training will help
All Americans can help build a better and more secure community and a more secure country as builders of the homeland. At the individual and community level, we can help one another to see the value of positive thoughts and actions. Yes, we can remember that where the mind goes, so goes the body. It comes down to guarding our thoughts and become slow to anger. Always be diplomatic in solving problems. The old adage, think before you act, come into play here.
Secondly, everyone, so prone to conflict and anger, can now get busy doing something that builds rather than tears down our communities. Find your community-building passion and make it your mission in life to turn your passion into a business or help others create business opportunities that will keep you so focused on business you will not have time for foolishness.
America is a community of winners
In this 21st century, we are all part of America, which is a growing community of cities and counties with plenty of affordable housing and plenty of available commercial space for new businesses.
Look at your neighborhood as a business-friendly community and welcome new residents, support local organizations and businesses that are builders of community fiber. Consider volunteering to work with non-profit organizations. Make good friends and encourage others to support positive issues while avoiding conflict.
Additionally, all of us, as community builders, can and should support the faithful and self-sacrificing efforts of our local law enforcement organizations to secure our communities. They make our lives and the lives of our families more secure. The next time you see a police officer, thank these dedicated members of local police agencies for their effort unending effort to reign in those who endanger our communities.

The UNITED States (notice UNITED not divided) is a fast growing country for local businesses. In the spirit of early settlers, America is an ideal location where local creativity and local skills can thrive and where self-starter entrepreneurs can start their own dream business online or offline.
Support for all Americans and Businesses
Business startups in retail sales, clothing, fashion, makeup, beauty, healthcare, legal, medical services, information technology, restaurants, online sales, cleaning services, beauty salons, barber shops, and new entrepreneurs are always in demand in a local growing business community.
Local communities can always embrace cultural equality, diversity, inclusion, equity, and unity. This will encourage other positive-minded and inspiring people as well as historic business-friendly communities to see people with differences, not as enemies, but as part of the larger welcoming community. When we learn from people with differences we will be surprised to learn that many of us are the same, UNITED as Americans.
As residents of local American communities, we can practice rolling out the “Welcome to America” and the “Glad You’re Here” welcome mats to new neighbors, new entrepreneurs, new startups, business founders, new residents and local value-added businesses. Lending our support for new local businesses and business owners will have a positive effect on the economic health of every community.
The Founding Fathers were right…
America is a large country with a lot of cities and neighborhoods. When we start at the neighborhood level and grow from there with community leaders taking the lead in mending fences rather than sewing seeds of division, we can build a better homeland one day at a time and one step at a time.
Support for all Americans and local businesses will have a positive impact on the security of the country right now and the next generation to come. The Founding Fathers were right when they told future generation to have life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness as a goal worth striving for now and for the next generation. All Americans have to build a better and more secure country for the next generation.
