HELP WANTED II: Let’s help support America’s senior citizens and disable veterans with advance technology education

PHOENIX (AGN.News) – OPINION: One of our greatest assets in the field of education for future generations to learn and thrive are the people who lived before them namely, our senior citizens and our aging veterans. Unfortunately, there are those among us want to profit from malign activities targeting these groups.
In our previous article we shared the story of ‘Jon” (Not his real name). “Jon” and his family created an online program where any senior of veteran could learn more about new technologies in one day than most thought they would never learn.
Education shaped his future life
‘Jon’ and his family entered the world of business in 1982 as entrepreneurs. These simple classes about the coming of the ‘Information Super Highway’ that would bring knowledge to individuals and families on new devices called computers was an astounding story to tell.
In his family gaining knowledge was a top priority. His mother was a nurse and before that she headed the PBX department at the hospital. His grandmother and his grandfather were teachers. There was no such thing as play before learning. It was always learning before play.
That idea of learning first was a part of the family’s ‘DNA’. The idea of learning new things helped ‘Jon’ becoming part of the Honor Society and helped him earn a full-all-paid for college trip to tour various colleges as a junior in high school. He settled on one school and valued the opportunity but declined to accept privilege.
Education should always be shared
As a 17-year-old he wanted to go help spread the knowledge he had learned.
He remembered his grandmother famous words, “Read the entire volume of the Encyclopedia Americana and go spread the knowledge to the less fortunate. Do this, not for money, but to make this a better world.”
Three of his best friends in high school stayed and one became a famous Chief Circuit Judge and another became chief surgeon of a famous hospital while another became a famous police chief. His first 10-year class reunion was filled with accomplished individuals. While those were very astounding records of service, there were no teachers.
As his mother said more often than not, “We need more teachers.” Never have those words ring more true than now. Marginalized groups need more teachers. Among them are our seniors who spent their early lives providing services to the country as service workers, cooks and bakers. Many fought for the country as soldiers in the army, naval officers, and as airmen.
Your ‘HELP IS WANTED’ right now
These group of senior citizens and other retirees need help with basic issues like security at home and in their digital lives. Hackers are always looking to exploit these communities of seniors and retirees.
That’s where seniors and others with knowledge of programs designed to help these at-risk communities can be very helpful. That’s why we say, “Your help is wanted right now.”
‘Jon’ stepped up to help seniors
When he retired, he went to work designing a program that his mother described in detail back in 1982. As she listened to him describe the coming Internet she knew that would make learning easier for people in her generation and beyond. She even called the company by name, The Alphabet Company with all those A,B,Cs.
Now, ‘Jon’ had before him a mission. Create 300 service jobs and 300 tech jobs. Then create a tech school and hand it off to the next generation. She said, “I’ll be gone but it’s up to you to make it happen. Remember, many will rise and attempt to take our idea and claim it for themselves. ‘Jon’ created the 300 service jobs and now he’s working on the 300 tech jobs.
He thought such a thing would not happen. Who would want to stop a company who’ll employ 300 people? After he launched The Alphabet Company in 1983 the family were shocked by what they saw happening. His mother always smiled as she saw it unfold. When she saw the pictures of the facilities she shed tears of joy.
“Remember to help the seniors and veterans”, she said. He opened a free tech school for seniors and veterans in 2000. He used his own money to provide computers and manuals for each class. These were three-day classes.
In 2012, a group in Cleveland, Ohio learned about the tech classes when a lady they knew came to Phoenix. He told her if she could get 30 people to come to the class he would fly there at his own expense and cover the cost of the space and his own hotel room for the three days. She actually got more than 30 people to attend the three-day class.
On Sunday, when he handed out Certificates the room was filled with tears. The whole class knew the future would be brighter if they applied the lessons learned. ‘Jon’ said he actually cried himself. He knew his mother was right all of the time. He called her and she cried tears of joy also.
Cyber terrorists took notice and acted
It appeared that tech companies took notice of the successes. To make it easier for seniors to learn the family created hundreds of mobile applications for each student to learn how to navigate the world of high technology. Tech companies and others began to close in.
Their first move was to attack the server hosting to applications. They destroyed 362 applications. Through deceit and trickery, they found out who the principle owners and directors were. They became the first people targeted.
A Debt-Buyer took notice and acted
A debt-buyer allegedly searched for unpaid debt dating back to the Great Recession of 2008. He found a New York bank had plenty of unpaid debt. There were different debts. One group involved debt that was written off because of the bank allegedly committed fraud against the debtors by unilaterally changing the interest rates from the agreed rate for its best customers who never missed a payment nor were never late.
As fate would have it, the bank resurrected the account in an effort to increase profits as their own profits plummeted. Though that was illegal they apparently tried to pull it off. The letter of dismissal of the debt laid it out clearly, debt wiped out.
Six years later, the debt buyer sued to collect the now ballooned debt that he bought from the New York bank and collect it from a now retired business owner. Demanding $34,000+ ‘or else’. Two months later the court sent notice of court fees due. ‘Jon’ paid the fees but wondered how he owed fees but never knew about the time or day of a hearing.
‘Jon’ called the court to inquire as to when was the court date. The clerk said that it was two months ago. Then the debt-buyer called to say he lost the case by not appearing. No one had answers as to why no one informed him about the court date so he could be there with his letter of dismissal.
Within a week the terror campaign began. This was the, “Or else” in real time. Over the next 12 years the “Or else” was placed in motion and gaining steam every week.
High tech weapon used daily
In December 2024, a type of ‘sonic weapon’ emitting sound waves with and ever-increasing volume was placed inside his home. Every night into the early morning hours this thing would go off for 2 to 3 hours, mainly between 1am and 4am.
It was so loud that it was deafening. He called the fire department to investigate. They couldn’t find the device. This continued for 7 months until the day the police came to investigate the stolen Samsung Galaxy tablet. Then it stopped suddenly, but the damage was done! ‘Jon’ now has hearing loss.
Ironically, in 2016, he went to help his mother out of state. When he returned, his house was turned inside-out. He said they were probably were looking for the loan dismissal letter but they never found it.
Cyber terrorists turned local terrorists
While it is unknown who these online or offline terrorists are or are not, it’s clear they are extremely dangerous. Evidence has proven more groups joined in the campaign of terror. Now tech companies joined in and law enforcement joined in not to protect ‘Jon’ but to investigate him.
After five unsuccessful attempted murders-by-single-car accidents, dozens of home burglaries, and a massive smear campaign using his contact lists – they increased the smears. This time the smears involved fantasy Muslim terrorists he’s was supposedly involved with in the 9/11 attacks on New York (even though he speaks no Islamic language), the regional head of a Latino drug cartel (even though he speaks no Spanish), and finally last but not in the least the only one – he’s a convicted sex offender on the sex offender registry (even though he’s never been arrested nor ever been charged with any offense not even a parking ticket).
Terrorists allegedly now needed help
It appeared the cyber terrorists allegedly attempted to use their ‘friends’ to report these ‘crimes’ to law enforcement. Their legitimacy would skyrocket if they could prove these false accusations to be true. That would explain why his home was repeatedly searched and his car was repeatedly searched in an effort to ‘prove’ the negative of an idea. There was no search warrants either.
These campaigns all fell flat as the expression goes. So, what we’ve learned is that the home burglaries turned to grand theft of personal property and a massive destruction at his home. First, malware was placed on every device, from computers to phones. Having again fallen flat, they’ve destroyed 23 cellphones (the last one was last week) and 14 computers to hide their complicity with obvious crimes.
Cyber terrorists strikes medical device
Now, ‘Jon has no working phones but he does have a box full of broken phones. The last phone destroyed was only 2 days old out the box when they remotely destroyed it. What the hackers didn’t know when they destroyed it was a medical tech was at the house installing it to control a medical device earlier.
Now, the medical device doesn’t work, sitting there idle, and the phone connected to it doesn’t work. Now, how is ‘Jon’ going to get another phone? They’ve gone too far… life or death is involved! They proved the level of their evil ways on full display when the repeatedly cancelled medical transport using identity theft last year.
Now, ‘Jon’ needs another phone, but cannot afford it. Reprehensible behavior on their part. Who will step up now and stop this campaign of terror?
Cyber terrorists strikes home again
Earlier this year (2025) these terror groups started burglarizing his car. From the brakes to the tires, to the drive-train his car kept breaking down. In the middle of the night strangers would appear in his carport and commit acts of sabotage. When the floodlights came on, they disabled 35% of his home’s electrical system. Now, there’s no outside lighting.
The last working computer was destroyed in March 2025 after stealing all of the data. On June 24, 2025 they broke into his home a stole his Samsung Galaxy tablet. Who’s going to repair all of this damage? Damage is everywhere!
Terror strikes home devices again
On July 7, 2025, the terrorists burglarized his car and stole his teaching notebook. You can read about that in the previous article.
On the morning of July 9, 2025 the notebook reappeared in its entirety back in the car where it was when it was stolen 48 hours earlier.
But the Samsung Galaxy tablet from the previous article is still missing. That Samsung Galaxy contains his moms final instructions involving aid to seniors and veterans. That’s why he said no matter what they do to smooth over these thefts nothing short of returning that Samsung Galaxy tablet will do!
More and more people are now informed about the stolen Samsung Galaxy tablet someone somewhere will step up and find it or prosecute the thief. You can read about the stolen Samsung Galaxy by following the link below and free to share the hashtag: #JonsSamsung with everyone on social media. And don’t forget the hashtag: #GiveJonHisSamsung
Hopefully, their ‘Campaign of Terror Against Seniors’ will end and never repeated. He’s very confident that he’s not the first person nor will he be the last senior citizen terrorized by these criminals.
Please Help bring Jon’s Samsung home!
‘Jon’ needs his Samsung Galaxy tablet to come back home. If the people who took the 11′ Samsung Galaxy is reading this article, be assured ‘Jon’ just wants his Samsung Galaxy returned. That Samsung is personal and directly links him to his now-deceased mother and her final words of instruction. They may not understand what that means but they will…
Seniors live on fixed budgets with very few increases over many years, so buying one is out of reach. That’s around $400 unless a retail vendor has a sale on a Samsung Galaxy Tablet A9+ 11″ Android. Even then – the cost is out of reach.
Jon’s Samsung is wanted and needed!

Be sure he knows how to reach you to say “Thank You!”
In his next post he’s hoping to share good news about returning EVERYTHING THEY STOLE from his home and explain how they intend to make things “right”. If they don’t Who’s going to help this retired senior? They’ve long destroyed his finances, will the attackers step up and help him? Probably not! That’s why your help is wanted and needed. ‘Jon’ needs your help right now!
